In-Product Messages and Support
In-Product Messages
Trasia uses in-product messages to confirm actions, show errors, and surface important trading, funding, account, wallet, network, and system events.
These messages are lightweight operation feedback. They do not create a separate notification center, unread count, or message inbox.
Message types include:
| Type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Success | Order canceled, USDC sent, margin added, address copied |
| Info | Signing in, preparing CSV, approving builder fee, updating leverage |
| Warning | Market delisted, system-canceled order, high margin risk |
| Error | Failed order, failed cancel, failed deposit, wallet unavailable, network error |
Trading and Account Events
Trading messages can include order submit results, order cancel results, fills, funding payments, liquidation, non-user cancellations, margin updates, leverage updates, and trading approval results.
Funding and account messages can include Deposit, Withdraw, Transfer, Send, account settings, wallet export, sign-in, copy actions, and CSV export results.
If Hyperliquid or another connected service returns a specific error reason, Trasia may show that reason directly or map it to a clearer message. Unknown errors use a general retry message.
Message Behavior
Messages are non-blocking and can be closed manually. Loading and final-result messages may appear separately when an action first starts and later succeeds or fails.
